Sun City Grand, the latest in the trilogy of Sun Cities in the Northwest Valley of Phoenix, Will  eventually comprise over 9000 upscale homes situated on approximately 5,500 acres.

Currently there are four championship length golf courses. Desert Springs Golf Course has a fine after-golf facility  “Dillons,” a cozy bar and restaurant offering first class food and drink.  The two Granite Falls courses, North and South also have a fine restaurant and bar with superb views of the courses and nearby mountain ranges.  

The newest addition across SR 303 is Cimmeron with a nice 18 hole Golf Course and an expended Club House and Rec Center.   Sun City Grand in incorporated into  Surprise AZ does not have the Property Tax reduction that Sun City and Sun City West enjoy.

The Grand recreation facilities feature state-of-the-art fitness centers and swimming pools.  

Sun City Grand is in the city of Surprise Arizona which is currently experiencing tremendous growth, expanding by several hundred persons each month.  Nearby in a large power-center featuring such anchor stores as Target, Home Depot  Michaels, Office Max, Applebees and Wal-Mart. 

Restaurants and fast food facilities abound and are in easy commute to residents of Sun City Grand.
