WE can conduct a tour of a number of houses available in every conceivable size and price range.

 WE work together on every Home Sale or listing, so our Clients will always have two Real Estate Agents who work with them.

Represent BUYERS exclusively in dealings with sellers, to ensure that the best possible price is offered for available properties.

To help in the buying decision, a comparative market analysis (CMA) is made showing like homes currently offered for sale and those recently sold.

Advise home buyers on the availability of homes that fall within their desires and monetary capabilities.

Show all properties irrespective of brokerage.

Fully explain details contained on feature sheets on available homes. Provide day and night showing of homes so that potential home buyers can see for themselves the neighborhood activities that take place within a 24 hour period, such as, traffic, neighbor’s pets, evening views and nighttime noises.  

 Assist home buyers in locating the best available mortgage companies, title agencies and other home service agencies so that they can make intelligent decisions prior to purchasing a home.

Assure home buyers that their escrow deposits are made to the appropriate title agency within time limits specified by the Arizona Real Estate authority. Prepare offers on homes expeditiously to assure timely submission to sellers or their agents.

Accompany home buyers in their walk-through Home Inspections and note items that should be repaired or corrected prior to close of escrow within prescribed deadlines.

Ensure that after-market actions and inspections are completed to the satisfaction of the buyer.

WE... Provide our Client and new Home Owner with address return labels and post cards with a photo of their new home and their address change to mail out to friends and families.

WE... Supply the Clients with business cards, if needed (as soon as they have their new phone number).

WE... Help our Clients with a VENDOR list to find the right contractors for any kind of upgrading or renovation of their new home, if needed. 

WE introduce our Clients to their new Adult Living Community, if requested.

WE... Answer our Clients with questions and offer assistance after they’ve moved into their new home. 

WE... can give you quality referrals for a wide range of product and services from our pre-screened network of vendors. Assistance can be obtained for such things as carpet cleaning, landscaping, security systems and handyman services to mention just a few.
